At DecorTrends, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.


1. 7-Day Return Policy


We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.


You may request a return if:


The product was delivered in damaged condition


The wrong item was delivered


The product has a manufacturing defect


The product must be:


Unused and unwashed


In original packaging


With tags (if applicable)


Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice)


2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:


Used or damaged products after delivery


Products returned without original packaging


Clearance or sale items (unless defective)


Customized or made-to-order products


Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences


3. How to Initiate a Return


To request a return within 7 days:

Clear photos/videos showing the issue


Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.


If approved:


We will arrange reverse pickup (subject to serviceability), OR


You may be requested to self-ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed only in approved damaged/defective cases).


4. Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders)


For prepaid orders (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking):


Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.


Bank processing time may vary.


5. Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders)


For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:


Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


Customers must provide accurate bank account or UPI details.


Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after product verification.


DecorTrends is not responsible for incorrect bank details provided by customers.


6. Replacement Policy


If the product is damaged or defective:


A replacement may be offered subject to stock availability.


If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.


7. Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.


Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.


8. Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund:


Check your bank account


Contact your bank/payment provider

9. Important Notes


DecorTrends reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.


Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.


Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
