Cancellation Policy

At DecorTrends, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations are allowed.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation:

Provide your Order ID and registered mobile number.

If the cancellation request is approved:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be cancelled without any charges.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once the order has been shipped:

Cancellation is not possible.

Customers must accept delivery and request a return (if eligible) under our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

DecorTrends may verify the order via phone call or SMS before dispatch.

If a COD order is cancelled after shipment or repeatedly refused at delivery, DecorTrends reserves the right to:

Restrict COD facility for the customer

Cancel future COD orders

Allow only prepaid orders

This policy helps prevent misuse of the COD facility.

4. Cancellation by DecorTrends

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Product out of stock

Payment failure (for prepaid orders)

Incorrect pricing due to technical error

Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

In such cases:

Prepaid orders will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

Customers will be notified via email or phone.

5. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations:

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Actual credit time depends on bank/payment provider processing time.

DecorTrends is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

6. Modification of Orders

Order modifications (such as change of address or product) may be possible only before shipment confirmation.
